Miroslav Klose Signs Two Year Contract With Lazio

Sensational transfer news are out and it has been revealed that Bayern Munich striker Miroslav Klose has signed a two-year deal with Italian club Lazio.

Klose announced his decision to leave last week and expressed his admiration for the city of Rome, as well as the club colours of Lazio.
However, despite late interest from Spanish club Valencia, the 33 year old German international offically signed a contract with Lazio on Wednesday evening and will undergo the required medical tests on Thursday.
A statement on the Lazio website read: ”Miroslav Klose is a player of SS Lazio. Tomorrow Style Lazio live on Radio will have the first words of the new signing.”
The former Werder Bremen striker endured a disappointing 2010-11 campaign with Bayern, scoring just once in 20 league appearances.
Lazio president Claudio Lotito was thrilled with the arrival of the German striker.
”I am very happy,” Lotito said. ”He is a signing of international level. I have spoken to (Lazio coach Edy) Reja and he is over the moon. Klose was one of the transfer requests made by our coach and we have succeeded.”
