It has been revealed that Liverpool will have to cough up big to land Aston Villa winger Stewart Downing.
The People has reported that the price for Villa’s unsettled England winger Downing is now £20m, as the managerless club dig their heels in.
London giants Tottenham and Arsenal are also said to be keen on the former Boro wide man, but Liverpool want him badly.
The 26 year old left sided player has so far baulked at attempts from Villa over new contract talks.
